- Minimum age
- Confirmed for the selected vehicle and renter profile before handover.
- Driving licence
- The concierge confirms the accepted licence, identity documents and payment or deposit requirements for the selected vehicle.
- International Driving Permit
- Visitors should provide their passport, licence and any permit details so the permitted arrangement can be checked before handover.
- Security deposit
- If a deposit applies, its amount, authorization method, inspection process and release timing are stated in the vehicle quote.
- Mileage
- The applicable mileage allowance and additional-kilometre treatment are stated for the selected vehicle and dates.
- Rental territory
- Malaysia-wide delivery is confirmed, while permitted travel territory and any cross-border documentation are checked per vehicle and request.
- Fuel policy
- Fuel handover and return terms are stated in the confirmed rental brief.
- Insurance
- Insurance, damage, excess and assistance terms vary by vehicle and arrangement and must be reviewed before booking.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and flight-delay treatment are stated for the confirmed arrangement.

Send your dates, preferred vehicle and requested handover area. Malaysia-wide delivery coverage is confirmed, while the exact location and timing are agreed per enquiry.
We confirm and verify
The concierge checks availability, prepares the quotation and confirms the renter requirements and any applicable deposit or payment terms. The selected arrangement is only held after those details are agreed.
Agreed handover
The agreed vehicle and handover details are documented before delivery or collection.
