Turbo presents this website as a private luxury vehicle-rental and mobility coordination service in Malaysia. It is not a government agency, diplomatic body, embassy, consulate, or other official or state institution, and this website does not claim an affiliation with one.
2. No Official Accreditation or Special Privileges
Turbo does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any government accreditation, diplomatic status, official protocol authority, or special legal privileges. Services described as “Diplomatic & Institutional Mobility” or similar describewho the service is built for— embassies, missions, official delegations and government bodies as clients — not any status, licence, or approval granted to Turbo itself. Any resemblance to official transport, protocol vehicles, or state-sanctioned services is coincidental and not implied.
3. What We Actually Offer
Service labels describe the kind of enquiry a customer may submit. Vehicle options, driver support, handover arrangements, scope and commercial terms are reviewed and confirmed for the individual request; a page label is not a credential, licence, governmental endorsement or fulfilment guarantee.
4. No Security or Protective Services
Turbo does not provide close protection, personal security, or any other licensed security service. Our drivers are trained in professional conduct, discretion and route coordination — not in security or protective functions, which are separately licensed activities we do not undertake.
5. Client Names & Confidentiality
We do not name or imply any embassy, mission, government body, or corporate client as a reference without that client’s prior written consent. Case studies and testimonials published on this site, where present, are shared only with the permission of the client concerned.
6. Pricing & Availability
Any catalogue price or rate reference is not a final quotation. The applicable price or rate basis, vehicle, availability, deposit, payment, insurance, mileage, cancellation and handover terms are stated for the request before a booking is confirmed. Specialist and institutional enquiries remain quote mode.
