RENTAL & DEPOSIT POLICY

A practical checklist of the vehicle-level terms to confirm before a rental proceeds.

1. Security Deposit Authorization & Refund

If a deposit applies, the concierge states its amount, authorization method, inspection process and release timing in the selected vehicle quote.

2. Mileage & Territory Policy

Mileage, additional-kilometre treatment and permitted travel territory vary by vehicle and request. Malaysia-wide delivery coverage does not imply a local branch, local fleet or guaranteed availability in a city.

3. Fuel Handling

Fuel handover and return instructions are stated in the confirmed rental brief. Do not rely on a universal fuel grade or allowance.

4. Cancellation & Flight Delays

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and flight-delay treatment are specific to the confirmed arrangement and must be reviewed before proceeding.
