An airport transfer and an airport delivery are different requests. A chauffeur transfer takes passengers between the airport and their destination. Self-drive delivery arranges a rental vehicle for the customer to drive.
Tell the concierge which journey you need
Share the airport and terminal, arrival or departure window, destination, passenger and luggage count, and whether you need a driver. For a self-drive handover, include the vehicle preference and requested handover window.
Vehicle and timing are confirmed per enquiry
The concierge reviews the request, suitable vehicle and handover arrangement before confirming availability, price and applicable terms. No tracking, meet-and-greet or waiting arrangement is assumed until it is agreed for the request.
