About the Z4 M40i
The Z4 M40i is the most powerful Z4 BMW has built, using the 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six with 340 PS and 500 Nm. It reaches 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds — genuinely quick for a roadster — and drives the rear wheels only.
M Sport specification is standard on the M40i and includes an electronically controlled M Sport differential, adaptive M suspension and larger brakes. The chassis is notably stiff for a convertible, and the short wheelbase makes the car agile.
The fabric roof opens in ten seconds at up to 50 km/h, and unlike the previous folding-hardtop Z4 it takes up little boot space when stowed. Two adults and cabin luggage fit comfortably.
Turbo delivers the Z4 M40i across Greater Kuala Lumpur. Popular for coastal drives and evening bookings.
