About the AMG GLE 53
The GLE 53 uses one of the more interesting engines AMG has built: a 3.0-litre inline-six with both a conventional exhaust turbocharger and a 48-volt electric auxiliary compressor. The electric compressor spins up instantly and provides boost below the turbo's operating range, which removes turbo lag almost entirely.
Combined output is 435 PS and 520 Nm, plus a temporary 22 PS from the integrated starter-generator. Zero to 100 km/h takes 5.3 seconds.
AMG Ride Control air suspension is standard, and E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL with its 48-volt active anti-roll is available. The rear-biased AMG Performance 4MATIC+ system and the vocal exhaust give the car a genuine performance character despite its size.
Turbo delivers the AMG GLE 53 across Greater Kuala Lumpur.
